Phone screen (coding + LPs), several rounds on-site (coding, ML/DL breadth and depth, use case/system design, LPs). Coding can be somewhat hit and miss in terms of difficulty, depends on the interviewer. ML/DL fundamentals test basic knowledge (breadth). May ask pre-DL basics. ML depth is based on a recent own project. Application/system design - not as detailed as SW system design, more high-level and focus on being able to recognize and apply certain standard or recent ML algos. LPs - do not underestimate these!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Medium difficulty coding Q about connected components.
Applied for Amazon AGI. After first round, it will go into full round of multiple interviews. Lots of modern LLM training technic questions. There are still some behavioral questions, but less than general Amazon roles.
Interviewed with 1 phone screen, 1 coding, 2 ml design and 2 lp rounds. Most questions were non-leetcode questions more related to day to day ml implementations. The questions were very practical.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Tokyo) en avr. 2026
