The interview process was fully based on the leadership principles. Its started with a self introduction and they review and ask questions about your previous roles and responsibilities from your resume and also the situation that you faced while handling different projects and will expect you to answer with the hint of leadership skill principle you applied to overcome the difficulties in S.T.A.R method.

Tell me about a time where you faced difficulties in finishing the project on deadline. What was the action plan you did? What did you learn from the outcome, how was it and how will you made your preventive action?
Kind of messy. Keep passing me around. Job I applied for was discontinued but they kept me in the process for another role, then asked a junior staff to interview me.
