SMART interview, many based on experience, situations etc. Very 'robotic' interview. need to follow the key to get the rabbit. what can i say except you welcome. difficult cause if internal standards

there were panel interviews with 3 leaders including 1 bar raiser, each 45 minutes, need lots of preparation with STAR technique, structured and scripted, difficult situation, conflict, time management, leadership, result deliver etc everything will be asked
