There was no formal interview process. I applied online and almost immediately I got an Email telling to go to a hotel for a screening process. They had me watch a few videos about their work process then quizzed me on it. If you pass the quiz and the drug test you have the job.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.

Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
