Structured based on the Amazon prinziples. Answered are expected in STAR methode and supported with facts. Process well supported by HR.
2 Phases: first phase with hiring business line; second phase with up to 5 interviewers.

Question 1
All questions are related to Amazon principles - it is expected to describe a situation in your work experience you acted on this principle.
Note: in the second phase you need to answer with up to 10 different experiences. (5 interviewer-2 question on different principles)
Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.

Leadership principles with examples that can be prepared beforehand in full, each loop goes through some leadership principles with deep diving questions to drill to the bottom root. Same process throughout the whole cycle
