sql coding pad was not functioning well and interviewer is very junior and had almost no experience and provided no hep on clarifying questions and kept rushing the interview and kept asking stupid questions on BQ and it seems that he was collecting words for interview notes

Interview focused on analytical thinking and case studies. Main focus was on the leadership principles. First interview was a phone interview that covered a few basic questions and SQL coding. The loop had 4 rounds.
