J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon en janv. 2022
Entretien
Stressful. To be honest, I felt like a wasn't heard at all. Everyone was so busy taking notes in detail or multitasking that they didn't even look me in the eye. I could not personally connect with anyone.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) en mai 2022
Entretien
I went through 6 rounds of interviews in the classic Amazon style and made it to the final round. You have to answer in the STAR method and also memorize their "Leadership Principles" and have 2-3 different examples per leadership principle ( literally have like 15 different examples ready) but if you don't have solid examples of experience using data (regardless of the role) you may not get it. Their team grilled me on my experience quantifying and analyzing data for what was a customer support role. Also after 6 rounds (final round) I didn't get the job and when I asked for feedback they said "although we appreciated a candidate's eagerness to improve, we won't give you any feedback" Although I am a little salty, going through their interview process made every other interview process much easier.
