I made it through two rounds of interviews if you don't count the intial conversations with the recruiter. The first round was just an informal conversation on the phone. The second round was an all-day teleconference-a-thon with several different people from my prospective co-worker, my prospective boss and HR and some random senior level person. I kept asking about work-life balance and nobody would give me a straight answer. Huge red flag.
