I applied through the website, received a call from a recruiter who explained the process clearly, then a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager . process was pretty smooth .

Recruiter call, 1h interview with hiring manager, 4-5 technical interviews, 1 culture fit interview. The hiring manager interview was wide-ranging, covering people management, research, product management, Amazon principles, and a technical deep-dive.
Process stopped after what felt like a good manager interview, no feedback given.

Entretien
Very thorough and well structured process centred around the Amazon leadership principles. Emphasis on competency questions (“tell me of a time when”…) but sufficiently detailed to assess technical knowledge and experience.
