Interview process was simple. I had to apply internally. It took about 3 weeks for the site to organize the interviews. I had to do a math flow question and was only asked about 3 questions that had to deal with associate engagement, quality, and safety. The interview consisted of 3 people. 2 managers from Operations and 1 Human Resources Representative.

30-40 minutes depending on the interviewer. There might an aptitude test as well. Three rounds with different departments that might involve learning, HR and operations, with each interview going for about 10-15 minutes.
