Entretien
The first round consists of a basic test that asks both mathematic and behavioral questions. At the end, you will not know your results. After that, the last round consists of a day of two interviews.

They will ask you 3-5 leadership questions based on their leadership principles. It can range from anything, including how you deal with safety and examples of you being challenged. Make sure that you answer based on the STAR format.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
