Phone interview with two managers not in the same department. Was told straight forward that they weren't able to answer any of my questions regarding the position I applied. According to the information given before the interview, it would be mainly behavioral questions. So I spent most of my time preparing for BQs.
All questions were typed to the app they asked you to install, and you have to answer all questions verbally.

What metrics do you track on a regular basis (e.g. conversion rates, number of new customers, expenses, performance)? How do you identify areas of these metrics that need to be investigated further? How do you go about investigating them? What tools do you use most regularly for reporting or analysis?
Tell me about a time when you had to convince another staff member or leader, whom you had no direct authority over, to buy into a new idea or project? How did you accomplish this?

Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
