3. Panel mit 5 Leuten, je 45 minuten mit vielen "wie würden Sie reagieren/was würden Sie tun, wenn..."-Fragen
die ersten 2 Schritte fanden digital/per Telefon statt, der letzte Schritt war vor Ort in den Räumlichkeiten des Standortes
Lengthy process wherein you have to pass multiple interviews that are all structured the same way. The interview requires you to use the STAR method to answer situational questions. There is no opportunity to discuss salary until you get through all the interviews.
