It was quite smooth and good, 2 step process, 1st is basic interview, 2nd is technical and skillset interview. Also you must have the knoweledge of local language along with english. In germany espacially

I had been selected to acms program through which i got 6 months internship . the whole program was a very good experience where they trained us for cracking their iterview and gave us industry exposure.
