Incredibly frustrating. The recruiter was not the best and sent over way too much material to "prep" me for my initial 40min interview with the hiring manager, which took almost 2 weeks to confirm (I was sent a 25 page white-paper on cloud computing that was never once brought up). During the interview, I was only asked 2 behavioral questions and was expected to answer using the STAR format. The amount of stress and heightened emotions that came from this process was absolutely not worth it.
