Applied online for a role advertised, however recruiter referred me to another position instead. (Mentioned that the advertised role was a catch-all to get applicants). There was no communications from the recruiter, rather the coordinator contacted me for available times to schedule the phone screen. Did the phone screen interview with a peer within the SA team, and unfortunately did not make it through the the next rounds and got the usual rejection email. The phone screen wasn't hard and I believe I was able answer all the questions without any issues. However, still not enough to make it through to the next stages. General break down: 1 x Leadership Principal Questions 4 x Scenario Based Technical Questions with follow-ups ~15-20 x Technical Questions
