Entretien
Fairly long, but calm and comfortable. It was a from home interview and it was mostly inclined to problem solving within company issues. They made sure I was fit for the role, including my level of English and my ability to express myself correctly under stressful situations.

Mostly related to work situations and your reaction and response to them.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
