It was smooth and stress free process. Very much professional. Career based questions were asked to check the outlook and commitment for the job.
Hiring process was a 2 day easy process which worked out well.
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
