First round was an online assessment where they asked me to debug some code. This was relatively easy. Second round was a coding challenge. With 2 coding questions. The third round was a work simulation, for 2 hours. You get emails and chat messages from colleagues and are asked to make decisions. Study the amazon leadership principles for this part

Online assessment, phone screen interview, 3 x 1 hour interviews for on-site loop. No feedback is given. Interviewers are friendly and everything is fully remote. Quick response for rejection. Recruiter is flexible for rescheduling interview dates.

Entretien
3 rounds of interviews in 1 day with 1 hour breaks in between. My first round was half LP and the other half technical. Second round was fully LP, and third round was fully technical. Interviewers were respectful and would offer help if needed for technical rounds. Overall, it was an good experience, only complaint was that they do not seem interested in getting to know you. It is obvious they are there to do their jobs and take notes about you to report back to their managers.
