Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

There are two 45 minute sessions with two different interviewers. Be sure to carefully assess the company's principles and incorporate them into your responses. If you've had previous job experience use those examples instead of school based answers. Both interviewers were really great, nice, and down to earth.
