Virtual meeting (due to Covid 19) with several colleague account team members and one employee outside of the team group known as the bar raiser. All of their rating as supposed to be done separately. All of the questions revolve around their 14 Leadership principles.

Tell me about a time where you had to show innovation?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
