I went through the entire interview process for a senior financial analyst role at AWS Luxembourg from July-September 2020. All rounds were by phone or by Amazon Chime because of COVID. I was referred through an employee at AWS. The first round was a quick phone screening with the HR, more of a fit and general motivation interview. Second review was a 1 hour phone call with the hiring manager which was entirely focused on reciting situations with some of the Amazon Leadership Principles. Third and final round consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews with different team members. All of them were Amazon Leadership Principles focused. Until this point of time, my experience was quite good and it was great practice for me preparing for those grueling Amazon interviews. Unfortunately, it went a bit downhill from there. Inspite of repeated emails, I did not hear the result of my interviews for almost 2 weeks while Amazon policy is a turnaround time of usually 3-5 working days. Eventually, my referrer had to message the recruiter internally for me to have a courtesy call. I was told that the main reason I didn't get through is that I repeated some of my situations with different interviewers and therefore there were concerns over the breadth of my experience. So my main advice to future candidates would be to try to provide different examples for the different questions even though you may feel that the same example responds well to different situations.

One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.
