Overall: Very long process with long waiting periods. 1. Applied for the job online. 2. Two weeks later I was notified of Amazon's interest in me & told to take an online test. (The online test consists of 2 parts: 1rst part is very technical multiple-choice computer networking questions. The second part is more of a behavioral test and to examine how you would approach problem solving. You are given fictional customer problems scenarios and you have to select what you would do, what you would say to the client, and you have to figure out how you would prioritize (in what order you would approach) many customer requests.) 3. Three weeks after taking the online exam, I was notified that I would continue the interview process and to select a date and time for the first interview. 4. A week later I took the first initial interview. It was a 1-on-1 virtual interview with an engineer and took about 45 minutes. Mostly technical (computer networking) questions. 5. I did not make it to this step, but if you pass the first interview, then they schedule you to have another interview on-site. According to Amazon, expect to be there all day and to have back-to-back interviews from people that you'll potentially be working with (managers, peers, etc.).
