⚫I applied through an employee reference. The employee asked to send him my Name, Email ID, Mobile Number. Then the other day I recieved an email regarding the registration for the Amazon Assessment Test. The email consists Registeration link and step to fill the registration form. Note: The form is to be filled within 3 days after you receive the Registration Mail. Next Day, I received an email regarding the Assessment Test Invitation. Email consists of both ID and Password for the assessment test and detailed information of the rounds 2,3,4.
⚫As the Amazon uses hirepro assessment tool, the test is proctored ( i.e. the test is to be given via laptop/ PC with webcam, because they record your voice and video ). Note: As the job profile is Customer Service Associate, the Assessment Test is based on English Grammar and Vocabulary.
⚫Round 1: English MCQ Test
Basic english grammar and vocabulary mcq are asked. 20mcqs in 20mins. If you clear this round, then an pop-up will be shown that you had made for the next round.
After on the rounds, took 2hr to complete and submit.
⚫Round 2: Versant Written Test.
A. Fill in the Blanks: Type the anwers that are suitable, no options are provided. 20 questions and 25secs per questions.
B. Passage Reconstruction: 4-5 passages are shown for 30secs per passage and then para will disappear and we need to re-type in 90secs for each passage. Length of the passage increases as you move forward.
C. Email Writing: We will be given Sender and Receiver name, Subject, points to be included in the body. Time limit is 9mins, and it must be atleast 100 words.
⚫Round 3: Cultural Assessment Test
This round is to find out whether you are fit to Amazon cultural or not. Instructions and a sample round will be given during the test to show how the round will be. No time limit, but company hopes to finish the round within 30mins.
⚫Round 4: Virtual Job Tryout. In this round, they will give you a chance to get how the CSA actually works.
