J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2020
Entretien
Total of 6 interviews - including 4 hours of back to back calls for the final round. Everyone came across quite arrogant during the process which I guess can be accepted because of the giant amazon has become, however, it made for a very cold interview process. They seem to be stuck between being the cool tech start-up they once were and this behemoth of an organisation they have become.
The worst part of the process was, upon rejection they stated that they could not provide any feedback to the candidate BUT instantly asked for feedback on their process.
They had interviewed me as a candidate for over 6 hours, over the course of 7 weeks to then just say no. But to apply again in 6 months!!
Just quite baffling that this policy was put in place, I understand during the early rounds but this just smacks of not caring about their onboarding process or potential candidates...

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time where you didn't have enough data to solve a problem
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
