The technical phone screen happened for 1 hour and contained a mix of technical and leadership questions. Mostly technical questions. I got selected and went for onsite interview which happened virtually. The onsite interview consisted of 5 rounds with as follows:
1. first round with hiring manager - mix of technical questions and leadership questions. Technical questions were from your background.
2. Second round - He asked to design a particular architectural process.
3. Mostly leadership questions.
4. PPT Presentation and questions answers around that.
5. purely leadership questions.
After 2 business days, Recruiter called back and said that I was not fit for the role but was a great fit for amazon. She said they will present me to other teams. Has anyone heard something similar and what happens next.

You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
