Absolutely useless. Interview process is flawed with recruiter interview followed by mathematical assessment followed by situational assessment followed by 3 hour interview with 4 different people. People didn't show up for my call , some were late , some didn't speak very good English ..After investing hours of my time Idio!s never even bothered to tell the outcome. After chasing for weeks they stated that I was unsuccessful and would not provide any type of feedback.
Worst interview process i have ever come across. Dont bother

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
