I applied online and the next day one of the recruiter reach out to me via email. I replied with the questionnaire she asked me to fill out. The following week she replied back and told me she going to straight put me into final round interview. It was a very structural chime interview. Two interviewers, six behavioral questions, nothing from resume. Interviewers pretty much just write down what I said, very busy taking notes, no follow up questions. After the six behavioral questions, I asked 4 questions and that's it. Suppose one hour interview finished in half hour. 5 days later the recruiter sent me an email told me they going to move forward with other candidates. From beginning to end, nobody talk to me on phone, just one chime interview. I spent two weeks to study their LPs feeling like self-study for a summer class in college. The worst part of the interview was make me feel like everyone just a robot.
