J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (New York, NY) en mai 2020
Entretien
I applied online and the next day one of the recruiter reach out to me via email. I replied with the questionnaire she asked me to fill out. The following week she replied back and told me she going to straight put me into final round interview.
It was a very structural chime interview. Two interviewers, six behavioral questions, nothing from resume. Interviewers pretty much just write down what I said, very busy taking notes, no follow up questions. After the six behavioral questions, I asked 4 questions and that's it. Suppose one hour interview finished in half hour.
5 days later the recruiter sent me an email told me they going to move forward with other candidates.
From beginning to end, nobody talk to me on phone, just one chime interview. I spent two weeks to study their LPs feeling like self-study for a summer class in college. The worst part of the interview was make me feel like everyone just a robot.

Question 1
The asked me scenario question like what to do with a difficult customer
Behavior based questions on leadership principles. There are 14 principles but each interviewer will ask you 3-4 questions. Most likely you will have 3-4 interviews which are 45mins each back to back. Follow STAR mention; situation, Task, Action, Result. Interviews are done over video call.
Amazon has one of the most extensive and rigorous interview processes that I have ever seen. This process is even harder for internal applicants to secure lateral movement or promotions.
