Long with 4 different interviewees.
Be prepared by bringing water because it takes awhile.
Also the company is pretty casual, so no need to wear dress clothes. They prefer business casual at the most.

Name one time you lost a customer (or the customer was displease)? What would you do different in that situation?
The application process has been good so far. I had a short online assessment and have a phone interview then another series of questions. It's pretty easy and straight forward so far

it was very long yes. they aasked all of your typical questions. the behavior questions were very typical. there were a few managers and it was zoom. it was just a very typical interview so just prepare like normal.
