Entretien
Three Phases:
1. HR Initial interview with basic electrical and electromotor theory to gather whether employee has understanding of basic electricity and mechanical operations.
2. Interview with hiring manager to get a deeper better understanding of if they understand the job: UPS, Electrical power generation, power supply, A/C and HVAC, Evaporative cooling, generator theory, etc. And typical HR questions based off of Leadership Principles of Amazon
3. Interview either in person or on Amazon Chime with even more in depth or thorough of what the hiring manager talked to you about. You can interview with 3-5 people at this time all separate and ask different questions.
After that HR will either send offer or deny based on how you did and if you're a good fit for the company and have the technical knowledge.

first a Recruiter reached out, then a computer assessment, then a phone screening and lastly a four -person panel interview with 3-4 hours of interview time. everything took about a month long to finally get the interview process started.
Virtual interview and it took 35 minutes. some of the questions are very easy to answer. However, it would help if you prepared well. most of the questions are simple electrical concept questions. I had a very positive experience.
