HR phone screen, hiring manager phone interview, phone interview with their boss, then a numerical reasoning test, then a written essay question, then a ‘final’ in person day of 5 interviews (one of which was on video call, that had HR listening in as well as the interviewer). Although I got on well with the hiring manager, the whole process was formulaic and even though I had signed a NDA they still would not give me any real details on the project the role would work on. I didn’t leave the interview feeling I would like to work with the team or the company, and that most of the people I met needed to be set free. Following the in person day I was invited to another phone interview, which I was told was for the same role but I later found out from a GDPR request I had been rejected from the role I applied for and this was a ‘recycle’ to see if I would fit another role, I am not happy about that as I would not have wanted to do the call if I had known what it was really for. I found out they didn’t hire anyone from the process so felt like they really didn’t know what they wanted. Over all very odd experience, but very Amazon.

It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.
