If it is a walk-in, expect not less than 1400 people a day to compete with
1st round- A basic computer assessment that checks on your English language skills with jumbled words and fill in the blanks
2nd round- Versant audio computer assessment to check on your listening and grasping skills
3rd round- Watson Glaser test on logical reasoning for inferences, conclusions, assumptions, etc.
This is pretty tricky, so I would suggest you practice a few papers online before the actual test
4th round- Versant assessment on typing. Pretty easy if you are savvy with the keyboard
5th round- Interview with the manager. Basic interaction on your resume, analytical and logical questions, expect a few arithmetical questions as well
6th round- Generally a f2f interaction with the HR but I had a telephonic interview for about 35 minutes. A thorough check on your problem solving and decision making ability
Very patient, professional HR and administration Very hard to understand why have a walk-in for such few roles offered
