J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en juin 2013
Entretien
Phone screen with Agency the week before. Phone interview Monday, phone interview Tuesday, in person interview with three people Thursday, offer Friday.
Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Many things I have needed to explain in other interviews were understood here. The culture seemed laid back with an expectation of very high performance.
Questions were not hard but still forced thoughtful answers that conveyed my personality and skills. I think the interview experience is very dependent on the specific team for which you are interviewing.
The offices are some of the nicest I have visited.

Entretien
4 back to back interviews. All behavioral based on their leadership principles. It wasn't bad, just exhausted. They sent an email later saying I passed the interview, but couldn't give me an offer at the time. They said they would if the position opens up again *shrugs*
Long but thorough and well documented interview process. They left no stone unturned but that gave me good confidence when an offer was made. Be prepared and do some studying beforehand.

Entretien
Interviewed by four people (non-team members) back-to-back, 45 minutes each. The team seemed positive and friendly. After months of waiting without a start date due to an inclined offer, I was eventually rejected.
