Overall process is fair, but definitely need to improve couple of things 1. When interview asks Question, he/she should let the candidate to speak for couple of mins to see if candidate is answering to your question or not. For me interviewers (6 out of 9) interrupts a lot and keep adding questions. And I could see they have some terminologies within Amazon culture, which obviously cannot be expected from the candidate who came for the interview. 2. One of the interviewer (went an hour), she was not clear on what her question is and it took me close to 15-20 mins to understand what is she expecting out of me. It might be a use case that she is currently facing, but you should try to explain as simple as possible as am not working on your project and may not know what your requirement/scenario is. Overall interviewers needs some patience to expect answers from candidates.
