2. In-person interview day: The day consisted of a tour through the warehouse and information about the supply-chain and logistics within. The tour was followed by a mathematical test and three different interviews.

You have an idea to improve output, but your supervisor declines it. Do you still pursue with your idea?
After logging onto the video call, I was asked competency based questions with the expectation to respond with the STAR method, discussing a situation then how I responded and critically evaluate in hindsight, an expectation made clear through candidate emails prior. With 2 interviews of 30 mins back to back. Roughly 3 questions per interviewer

2) invitation for an online test (test about project management skills such as prioritization)
3) invitation for virtual interview + Excel test (1h)

Question 1
Signed an NDA so I can't be precise regarding questions but
1) learn the principles and have 1 or 2 DETAILLED examples of projects/experiences where you used these leadership principles
2) back all your examples with DATA (results, KPI, etc.)
3) don't neglect the basic interview questions (why do you want to work here, why are you a fit at Amazon etc.)
4) Amazon has all the information regarding interviews out there and tons of resources on YouTube, etc. make use of it
