Phone interview followed up by a in person interview. Lady who interviewed me has a very thick accent, I felt that she got frustrated with me when I asked her to repeat some questions. None the less I answered every question without a problem. Towards the end I asked her to describe the role and it seemed like this was a help desk job where I would be on the phones a lot. I Declined moving forward with them after I got called back for the second interview.
