Entretien
Overall, terrible. Started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then it went to phone screens with a team member. Ultimately, I heard confirming reports regarding the intense culture at Amazon so I pulled out.
The actual interviews were fine but setting them up was a nightmare. Amazon, you really need to buy a calendar sync service/software such as Calendly or something similar. There were way too many back and forth emails trying to sync times and it was such a waste of time. Given Amazon's scale and wallet, this type of improvement should be a no brainer. I got the sense that things are done extremely inefficiently at AMZ based solely on the outdated process of booking a meeting.
Secondly, the lag time between confirming a timeslot was too long. I had given times and slots only to receive confirmation 2 to 3 days later, in which those time slots were not available any more. I'm currently employed so I can't just block off large chunks out of my calendar in anticipation without drawing too much suspicion at work.
Finally, I had received an interview to move on and they requested a few time slots. I decided to pull myself out of the interview process only to get an email a day later with a canned "Sorry, but we passed on you" response from them. Huh?

7 to 8 rounds in total including interview loop including a bar raise for L5+ levels and above. Took about 2 weeks to conclude and hear back from the recruiter.
