J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Cambridge, East of England, England) en mars 2018
Entretien
I applied online and received an invitation letter for the phone interview. Interviewer asked some basic ML questions and some past research experiences. Reading and getting familiar with Amazon's leadership principles will be super helpful.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Palakkad) en mars 2025

It was good. I was asked two questions.
1. Rotting oranges (leetcode)
2. Next greatest element 2 (leetcode)
I got confused at why we should go for a max in rotting oranges. The interviewer is very friendly and helpful and she helped me to get to the answer.
In the end, I have cleared round 1 but I was not allowed to round 2 because I am a B.Tech. (they wanted Ph.D)
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Atlanta, GA) en févr. 2020

First round included one behavioral question, questions regarding thesis topic, and a design question. The second round was full of irrelevant behavioral questions. Coming from a technical background, I think I just got caught in the wrong process. I don't know what my qualifications have to do with whether or not I had a disagreement with someone from my past.

Question 1
Lots of behavioral questions, e.g., tell me about a time that you had to combined knowledge from two different areas. Technical questions included discussion on thesis topic and a design question: how to design an algorithm to effectively operate a robot in a warehouse setting.
