It was very professional. It was a neat process no panicking and staffs were really polite. Questions were not much difficult, they majorly look for good communication and adaptability. Totally we had three rounds and the interview took place for a week.

Entretien
First of all i got the information regarding this drive from a employee working at amazon chennai. In the mail it was strictly written that Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Hindi is must.
The drive was held on 25 November 2017 at Aliah University Kolkata. The reporting time was 8:30 AM but the drive started at 10:30 AM. At first there was basic introduction about the post and salarly etc. Then coming to interview process.
1. Basic English Aptitude- Simple one no need to take any kind of pressure for this round.
2. Versant Test- This round consists of 5 sections. You will be provided a headset and you have give the test by listening what is told and writting it in the pc accordingly. Trust me it is one the toughest round because most people were rejected from this only. Just focus on what you hear and it will be basically a english test but with a high level one. You need to be very fast on listening and writing.
3. Telephonic Interview- In this round they will check how firm are you with your hindi(as i have applied for hindi process only)
4. Managerial Interview- This will be a basic HR round but rejection is there also.
5. Written Test- In this round you will be provided a sheet of paper where there would be hindi paragarph written in english and you have to convert it into hindi words and letters. There are words from where you have to make sentences. Fill in the blanks. And correcting the paragarph. All of these will be in hindi. This is the last round but trust me it will judge your employement ability.

Pretty easy.. just have confidence and good communication skills . Had 3-4 rounds. Had tests to clear.. hearing, writing, speaking, reading. Sit with laptop and proper headsets so you can hear the voice properly. Also good internet is necessary.. and you will get through.. very easy
