Entretien
Two stages of telephone interview, PS1 & PS2 with line manager and head of team. Both just under 45 minutes long, relatively informal and conversational. I had anticipated the questions being more specifically focused around Amazon's leadership principals but they were much looser general questions.

Entretien
You have phone interviews (this could be more than one) and then you have a full day of interviews. I did not make it to the full day of interviews stage.

- what are you looking for in your next role?
- what did you enjoy the most about your project?
2nd interview (phone):
- tell me about yourself?
- tell me about a time when you had to deal with an unreasonable request? How did you respond?
- Would you sacrifice quality in order to meet a deadline?
- Tell me about a time when you had a difficult stakeholder?
- Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a decision?
