That was a screening interview which was conducted over the phone. The position was located in Germany. The HR Manager contacted me after reviewing my profile on internet. It turned out that I had all the necessary skills and experience required for this job. The only downside was that the position was predominantly in German language. And my German language skills were not up to the mark. Hence I was declined politely, but the HR person did assure me that he/she will contact me again whenever there is a more suitable job opening.
