Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

The interview process was smooth and enticing. They flew me to an interview location in NY/NJ, dangled benefits, overtime, bonuses, and a huge salary in my face but, it was not so once hired.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
