Interview process consists of three rounds H.R VERSENT ROUND(Written or Voice) OPERATIONS MANAGER ROUND Firstly they will briefly explain about amazon company and what role we are going to apply, work nature, salary packages for non-voice & voice (domestic & international) Then the H.R comes and calmly introduces himself and start the interview process. Firs he informed us each person have a minute so that we can speak whatever we wish regarding anything like self intro or memorable day of life or any place as we wish but expect personal details like father, mother's name, project details etc., Then he started from one corner of the room calling one by one name. Although he said it is for a minute we can speak more than that also. He listens carefully to each & every one vocabulary and asks question after we completed talking or may be in b/w just to test our comm. skills further more if he have a thought of selecting that person. If he didn't ask any question in b/w or after completion of our talk then max we are rejected. In our group we are 30 members (max limit is 30) out of that 7 members got selected for next round. So this is a mass elimination round if u clear this round u then u are 50% clear. Here i'm not clear for which process i was selected. I thought they will ask us for which process we want to apply but NO. It is decided by H.R for which process we are suitable depending on our performance. So, later 4 of us went for written versent and remaining three for voice test. Here it totally depends on our capability as it is online test where results are on the spot. The test went for 20 min i guess afterthat we waited for 5 min then the H.R came and said remaining 3 are not selected try again after 6 months. Then she said to me that i had cleared this round & gave a pause by seeing something on resume & said u r eligible for voice test also would u lyk to try i thought y not and proceeded for that after 30 min i have completed the test and came out. Immediately H.R checked the result & said i have cleared this round also so i was selected for voice process and said me to wait for the last round which is ops round where managers interviews us directly. After this round 80-90% we r clear OPS round is the crucial one where anything can hapen it purely depends on the person interviewing us. I saw some people are coming out within 15 min only with happy faces but some r coming out after 1 hr with dull faces. coz there wil be 4 to6 managers interviewing us separately. so it purely depends on to which interviewer hands our profile goes. Mine was a moderate interview went for 30 min nearly. I was neither happy nor dull it is a stable experience. But i thought no one will be rejected at this stage , but when they called us inside we r 4 members who went to meet H.R. there he said to one person sorry u r not selected try again after 3 months. I was shocked a bit to see even at this stage there are chances of rejection. Later he said to me that i was selected for voice process domestic with a smile :-)

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.
