Had two phone interviews - one was behavioral and the second was more strategy based. Heard back that same day and was then accepted for 3 or 4 one-on-one in person interviews (one of them was an interview with the HR person so doesn't really count I guess). Day before in-person interviews, had a tour of the fulfillment center - make sure to pay attention and ask questions since it's sort of a semi-interview. Also they'll ask general questions about the fulfillment center during the in-person interviews so pay attention! On interview day, one interview was mostly behavioral (why amazon, weaknesses of amazon), another was a conversation about the future of amazon (know your stuff and don't be afraid of finding out flaws with Amazon's current business model), another was all lower-level programming questions (excel functions, sql) and the last was behavioral but tricky behavioral (what frustrates you about co-workers? don't answer this question, it's a trick question).
