J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon
Entretien
I had six inetrviews in one day mostly with technical people and one from the business side. Many situational questions, like tell me about a situation when... and then the interviewer would drill down into the details steps taken to resolve. Strong focus on the KPIs you had to measure the issue vs. cost and then to quantify the improvement. This might be the case at Amazon but in most of the companies I have been such measurement was simply not available. Also the word "Technical" in the title is really important. Two of the interviews were focused on software/architecture design, which an area I have been a bit far away for several years now, so I guess this part was not terribly successful. Be ready for it! Overall the organisation of the day is professional and I got a feedback a couple of days afterwards, so at least I did not have to wait too long to know the outcome.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation when... and then any tricky situation you can encounter as a project manager.
Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
