First the recruiter reached out and then 2 phone screens were held. Overall it was a decent experience but just slightly delayed in all of their responses. The HR wasn't prompt in her replies.

Mostly Behavioral questions - tell me about a time... and they also wanted to check the digital marketing experience and went in depth to understand that
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
