The first step was phone screen, followed by an onsite loop with 5 to 6 people. Lastly, they presented the offer. The entire process took about 2 weeks from phone screen to offer.

It was tough. You've got to know your numbers and how you impacted change directly. Also need a lot of examples because you meet so many people. They compare notes afterwards and will notice if you've used the same examples. Hard to do because a lot of questions overlap.
