J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2011
Entretien
I was contacted via a recruiter who had previously contacted me regarding a position to which I did not apply, however this position was more relevant so I applied to the position and a phone screen was scheduled.
The phone screen only lasted an hour and included a technical quiz of object oriented principles followed by two programming problems which were addressed via a shared screen.
It is critical to understand that Amazon.com lets every team handle their own hiring, so experiences can greatly differ from team-to-team.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is the difference between abstraction, encapsulation, and inheritance?
Interviewed for silicon team. Have only been asked about the domain specific knowledge in 1st round and system design in 2nd round and C coding in 3rd round.
The interviews were 50 mins each.
First round with hr screening - 2 leetcode questions then hr manager screening then the loop which consists of 4 interviews each an hour long. The 4 interview questions they asked where three medium leetcode questions. And one system design interview question about how to shadow deploy a test software to millions of users.
