Entretien
The hiring process was very straight forward and there were clear steps outlined from the start. Following an initial phone screen from the internal recruiter, I was then involved in two phone screens before entering into the loop. The loop consisted for 5 back to back interviews, where each interview focused on two key principles at Amazon.

A lot, if not all the questions were situational. Therefore, it is important to prepare in advance and think about specific situations that align to Amazon core principles.
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
