J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (San José, ) en juin 2016
Entretien
It was unorganized and not very professional...very slow process and took 4 hours to complete..The tests were easy for me as a English speaker but would take a Spanish speaking native advanced English with about 5 years of study to do well. Testing took about 3 hours and there was lots of wait time in between tests and interview and then waiting with many other people for a long time just to be told they would contact us later. If the testing and interviewing process is any indication of how the job conditions are going to be then it probably will not be a very good work atmosphere. The hiring process in Costa Rica's Amazon is probably an isolated incident. I am sure most Amazons recruitment in the states is much more professional and efficient
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Just asked about previous experiences even though they had the info on my CV...All questions asked they already had the answers...
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
All the best to everyone going for the interview.
